Refund policy
**Products must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund or store credit.
You are responsible for the shipping fees.
WE UNDERSTAND ITEMS MAY NOT FIT AND YOU MAY NEED A SMALLER OR LARGER SIZE. WE ASK YOU TO MAIL IT BACK ASAP IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR MERCHANDISE CREDIT OR REFUND.
RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT OR A REFUND MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:

Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached.

Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories are non-returnable.

We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route number information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

With limited exceptions, we do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.

Use your order packing slip to return by mail with the carrier of your choice. All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Upon receipt of your package, your return for store credit or a refund will be processed within 3-4 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
