Processing Time: When will my order ship?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. We are not responsible for lost packages, incorrect addresses, or unclaimed items. You can track your order using the tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Just add items to your cart, go to the Checkout page, and you’ll see shipping options and their prices.

How long is shipping?
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. After shipping, the estimated delivery times are:

  • US Orders:
    • USPS Standard: 5-7 business days
    • Priority: 4-5 business days
    • Express: 1-2 business days (guaranteed within 2 business days)
  • Canada Orders:
    • USPS Priority International: 7-14 business days
  • How do I track my order?
    Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. For international orders, Standard Airmail includes a customs label number to help locate your package, but it’s not a full tracking number.
  • Where is the store located?
    We are located in Nazareth, PA, USA.
  • Can I pick up my order?
    No, we do not offer in-person pickups. While I use my home address for transparency, please do not come to my house.
